tonight is my last night at home. the past week+ has been the best holiday i have ever had. and ironically, this holiday was at my home, my country. the place which i have taken for granted the past 21 years.
i have realized that life can turn on a dime. things change, people change.
a friend today reminded me that singaporeans are selfish. i'm not one to jump into conclusions so fast, but this is now a fact to me. we are getting too money minded, people worshiping money.
we live for money, we earn, we spend, we save, we steal, we beg, we die...for money.
we must remember, all it takes is ink and paper......is any life worth that?
i wish when i look back in this blog 10 years later, i still understand the words i have written, since, people change.
